We provide an Azure Cost Optimisation full assessment that includes a 3-day workshop to understand your company’s current Azure estate, the use and over/underutilised resources and help you design a strategic roadmap to remove or scale down/up your Azure services in order to reduce Azure spent. Ensuring the system performance remained unaffected, plus a series of recommendations to improve Azure spent management going forward.
Upon competition, we will deliver and walk you through a custom report with strategic recommendations to optimise your Azure spend every month and set processes in place for better cost management.
The workshop report will include:
- A list of business systems currently in place (Azure cloud maturity estate)
- Comparison of current spent reports vs budget
