By default, CloudMonitor deploys inside your own Fabric tenant: the semantic model, reports, and workload item live in a workspace on capacity you own, governed by your Entra ID and least-privilege permissions.
Alternatively, Data-Driven can host the capacity for you under a CloudMonitor-hosted model, inviting your team as directory guests so no capacity management falls to your infrastructure team.
