Investors can explore projects instead of searching a yearly PDF
Austrade’s earlier prospectus was a static document. The digital version presents projects on an interactive map and lets users filter the public information.

The public report and the editing workflow changed together
The case is a Power Platform project. Its frozen URL mentions Azure, but the published solution names Power BI, a model-driven Power App, and Microsoft Dataverse.
How the parts connect
Austrade manages the records; investors explore the report
Staff use the Power App to capture and update project data in Dataverse. Power BI turns those records into a map with filters for mineral, project status, and location.
