## Follow the accounting path in order

This keeps measured emissions, plans, and offsets out of one broad claim.

1.  **Boundary**Check the entities, operations, and dates included.
    
2.  **Inventory**Review the measured sources and stated footprint.
    
3.  **Reductions**Separate future targets from completed results.
    
4.  **Offsets**Check the units retired, then look for a newer update.

## Targets in the statement are not completed results

The statement lists goals through 2030 for travel, ICT, and professional services. It does not show that those goals were met.
