# Austrade moved its prospectus from _PDF to interactive map_

The public experience

## Investors can explore projects instead of searching a yearly PDF

Austrade’s earlier prospectus was a static document. The digital version presents projects on an interactive map and lets users filter the public information.

> “The digital Australian Critical Mineral Prospectus has improved our ability to promote Australia’s critical mineral resources to a global audience. The shift to Power BI has provided data insights and incorporating Power Apps has increased our responsiveness. We’re able to update and deliver key information more efficiently to stakeholders.”

Delivery scope

## The public report and the editing workflow changed together

The case is a Power Platform project. Its frozen URL mentions Azure, but the published solution names Power BI, a model-driven Power App, and Microsoft Dataverse.

How the parts connect

## Austrade manages the records; investors explore the report

Staff use the Power App to capture and update project data in Dataverse. Power BI turns those records into a map with filters for mineral, project status, and location.
